The bats have smooth rounded backs, thick rounded edges and a straight but slightly convex face.

The 'GOVERNOR CUSTOM' is a very rare bat in the UK made to your exact specification. Governor produce a high quality sleek rounded cricket bat for the strokemaker, tapering edges, rounded back, convex but not bowed face. Then customise to your requirements for handle and blade length, grains (subject to availability), balance, sweetspot, handle shape - indeed almost anything you want. Bats available in SSH, SH or LH in weight ranges 2.8 to 3.0 lbs.
