Limited Second User Warranty Terms

Each bat is fully described in the associated text, any existing damage will be highlighted and described, all bats have sound handles, splices and blades. In order to offer our valued customers piece of mind we will supply a Limited Second User Warranty with every used bat purchased from us.

1) PERIOD OF COVER: The Warranty lasts for one calendar month from the date of purchase.

2) TOTAL COVER: For a period of one month we will accept a warranty claim if your purchased second user bat becomes unplayable for any reason (defined exclusions below excepted) associated with normal use during the course of a cricket match. This includes; handle, splice, edge, toe and blade damage.

3) EXCLUSIONS: The following items are excluded from the warranty;
   i) Damage, or extension of damage
      already highlighted in the bats
      description prior to purchase.
   ii) Use on/against a bowling machine.
   iii) Use in professional cricket.
   iv) Damage caused by non-playing contact.
   v) Damage that doesn't render the bat
      unusable, eg surface cracks, minor
      splits that can be glued, label damage,
      antiscuff damage, rubber grip damage.

4) WARRANTY PROVISIONS: Due to the very low cost of these bats a successful warranty claim will result in a 50% refund of the purchase price, excluding postage costs. We will not ask you to send the bat back, all we require is evidence of the damage, eg a photograph by e-mail or mobile phone. Once the damage and reason are confirmed we will issue the 50% refund immediately and the matter will be closed, you can keep the damaged bat.

These bats have been part exchanged by our customers buying new bats from us or are
other second user bats, eg ex-demo. They are all pre-owned (used) and offered for sale
in an as seen, used condition. However every bat has been checked for major damage and
refurbished before sale and is fit for use.

Each bat comes with our Limited Second User Warranty and is fully ready for immediate use; oiled, knocked in, fitted with antiscuff face, edge tape and in most cases a toe guard.

These bats represent a great opportunity for you to purchase a genuine english willow bat, usually from the big brand manufacturers at a bargain basement price, maybe as a second bat, a net bat, an evening thrash bat or just as your main bat if you are a very occasional batter and don't want to spend a lot of money. Prices start very low, from £12 + postage depending on stock.
